Today was fine, I expected to eat a little less but that's OK



Breakfast: half an apple 


Lunch: half an apple

Dinner: an English muffin, egg white, lettuce and slice of tomato


Snack: protein bar½ cup pistachios

Total 550 calories

Breakfast: coffee with unsweetened almond milk. Half an apple

Lunch: egg, a teaspoon of hummus

Dinner: 6 Baby corn and tomato
