I weight myself this morning, and ... 138.2
  I am SO happy! I didn't thought I'm going to lose any weight since i didn't go to the gym yesterday. but  I did some exercise at home. I guess it worked.

Hello everyone!

Today I had a good day, especially after that i wore a pair of jeans that never fit me before. I bought it a long time ago when I was on a diet, that obviously didn't work out.
This morning I had a small clementine and a rice cake. And for dinner, i had Hand roll sushi and a salad.

I wanted to share with you guys a product that I just found in Whole FoodsSo rice cakes usually contain 40 calories sometimes 60 and even 80I think it's quite a lot for One piece. apparently there is a rice cake with only 22 calories
NOW my question is..
Where have you been rice cake with only 22 calories!

Hi girls
 yesterday went kind of smooth until night time when I share a Cinnamon bun with my boyfriend. Then I took a shower and I did what I had to do with the cinnamon bun.
So I'm still on 140, but as my boyfriend always say after I'm getting upset from not losing weight, 'at least you didn't gain any'.  And it's true, after all I could gain weight from that stupid
Cinnamon bun.
So I promised myself that today going to be a good day for me.

It has been two days that my weight stays on 140. and it's pisses me off. I ate 400 calories yesterday and I went to the dance class, which was pretty good work out. By the way, talking about the class, it was so much fun, if you ever dreamed to dance, especially ballet, but you didn't Because you thought you don't have right body for it,

Today I want to eat 250 calories, I going to a yoga class today at the gym, I'll go half an hour before and do aerobics on the machine. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be at least 139
