Just wanted to share with you that I just started an apple fast. Next month I'm going on vacation with my boyfriend, and i feel like i got to be a little more quickly with the weight loss. I don't know for how long I'll do it, but I know it will include a cup of coffee andapples. I will tell you how I'm doing .. Hope to have a nice weekend.
