Hey girls
It has been two days that my weight stays on 140. and it's pisses me off. I ate 400 calories yesterday and I went to the dance class, which was pretty good work out. By the way, talking about the class, it was so much fun, if you ever dreamed to dance, especially ballet, but you didn't Because you thought you don't have right body for it,
It's not too late, you can make in work. Do it. it will make you
happy.

Today I want to eat 250 calories, I going to a yoga class today at the gym, I'll go half an hour before and do aerobics on the machine. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be at least 139
